Themed to a drive through a small jungle with the Thorpe Park Rangers, Miss Hippo's Fungle Safari could be seen as an outdoor ghost train. It wasn't scary of course, but instead it was simply just cars doing along a set route powered by an electrical line.

Each car could seat up to four people and would include two 'driving wheels' - with their own horns - so younger children could pretend they were driving the cars around. The ride was quaintly themed and suited the park well when it opened. Due to less and less people riding it, it closed in 2008.

One of the Fungle Safari cars can be seen in the Inferno shop, where everyone is free to sit in and have their photo taken with it!
