Follow the story of Amity High, a school of vampires, as they negotiate their way through High School and College. But there’s other schools, filled with other monsters, that are nearby…are they friend or foe?

In 2018, Terror at Amity High: High School SUCKS! opened at Fright Nights. This was marketed as a scare zone, but ended up more as characters just roaming the area. They had very little props to work with, and did very little scaring, but they added Fright Nights atmosphere to the Stealth plaza, which previously received no Fright Nights attention.

For 2019, the park noticed the idea was well received, and so they turned the scare zone into a show, with a flash mob style dance. From there, the park have never looked back, building on the story each year, and turning it into a full on dance show, whilst keeping each incarnation self-contained. The area has grown with extra theming, set design and lighting each year, and has grown all the time! 

Here’s a rundown of each year’s incarnation of the show and story

2019

• Title: Terror at Amity High: High School SUCKS!
• Story: It’s prom night and the teens have gone to Make-Out Point behind the old Speedway – but it sure gets dark up there!

2020

• Title: Terror at Amity High vs The Howling of LycanThorpe High
• Story: The rival school, LycanThorpe High, have left their side of the park and crashed Amity High’s party, resulting in a dance off between the two.

2021

• Title: Amity High vs LycanThorpe High: Love Bites
• Story: The rivalry between Amity High and LycanThorpe High continues, but can that be put aside thank to two lovers in this classic Romeo and Juliet scenario?

2022

• Title: Amity High vs LycanThorpe High: Graduation SUCKS!
• Story: It’s time to graduate from high school, but there’s still some tension between the rival schools. Can they finally bury the hatchet before they go to college?

2023

• Title: Creature Campus: Trouble’s Brewing
• Story: The teens from Amity High and LycanThorpe High have settled their differences and some have gone to the same college. Now they must unite as they face a threat from a group of witches…

2024

• Title: Creature Campus: Looks Can Kill!
• Story: The sisterhood of the witches has a stronghold on campus, after defeating the vampires and werewolves. However, a group of gorgons, led by Medusa, are on the scene now, with deadly intentions.

 

In later years, the focus has entirely been on the show, but there would also be smaller shows and meet and greets, which were more aimed at a younger audience.
